It bothers me!
The year 2016 I said to her, “you should buy some insurance.” She said the real estate market is hot. she was putting money for down payment for one more investment property in Toronto.
The year 2017 I mentioned to her again, “should really buy some insurance.” She said that her husband says they would make way more money by investing in the stock market.
The year 2018 right before New Year’s Eve, he called me “ can we buy some insurance still? ….. our doctor diagnosed my wife have leukemias.”
It bothers me! Not only they must have lost a lot of money by now. But I still get to feel bad about it…. looking at their children and tell them I can’t help them anymore.
Please buy insurance 10 years too early; not 1 minute too late.
